About GeMRC Severn

 

We are a group of geriatrics trainees working within Severn with a passion for improving the lives of older adults. We realise that the constraints of clinical training can leave limited time for involvement in research projects and the idea of setting up a research project from scratch can be extremely daunting! The aim of our collaborative is to open up research opportunities to more trainees within shorter periods of time. This has the double benefit of conducting more research projects that will have patient benefit within shorter periods of time and offering our trainees valuable research experience.

You will need to find consultants locally who are happy to act as PI for each study, but we can talk you through this process!
